The only thing I've found for Euchre Tournament is that it has support for many players (4, 8, 12, 16, and up to 64 players). There was nothing mentioned on the website regarding the multiple score takers.
Since it's still available for download, I suggest downloading and installing it to see exactly what it does and doesn't support when it comes to playing.
